Prenatal and Postpartum Packages
Dr. Usher believes wellness is best practice and pelvic floor therapy should be standard of care for all pregnant and postpartum women. In order to align with this core value, she has developed packages that allow women to come in prior to birth to review pelvic floor coordination, breathing mechanics, exercises to be performed before and after birth, and to answer any questions leading up to labor.
On the postpartum side, the package would include 4 visits which could extend if needed to ensure the pelvic floor is healing optimally. These sessions are critical to learn proper movement mechanics, core engagement, postural modifications and bracing techniques. It is always easier to treat the problem before it actually becomes a problem and these sessions will help any woman transition back to any exercise routine safely.
Prenatal Package: 2 visits for $300
Postpartum Package: 6 visits for $800
Combined: 8 visits for $1000
