Prenatal Care
There are many things we can do during pregnancy to optimize a pain-free pregnancy, labor and postpartum period. Our team focuses on pelvic floor coordination, the BEST exercise choices, and educates on proper breath, postures and positions for labor, delivery and the fourth trimester.
Postpartum Care
Postpartum Rehabilitation is standard practice in many other countries. It is important for ensuring proper healing of the pelvic floor and can aid in the recovery of issues such as Prolapse, Painful Sex, Diastasis Recti, Low Back Pain, SI Dysfunction, Pubic Symphysis Pain, and much more.
Pelvic Health
Pelvic pain includes diagnoses such as Vulvodynia, Vestibulodynia, Interstitial Cystitis, PID, Endometriosis, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Dyspareunia, Painful Menses, etc. At Mula Bandha PT&W, we use a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, modalities such as heat, TENS, vibration therapy, etc, education, activity management & home programs in our treatment protocol.

Postpartum Power
This course will help build the brain-body connection to the core and pelvic floor that is often lost in the postpartum body. This is a 6 week, 18 video program that can be done from the comfort of your own home. While the exercises in this program aren’t hard, they are very purposeful for getting our body back online with our neurological system.
