Postpartum Power is a 6-week training program to safely strengthen your body after having a baby. You will receive a total of 18 videos which break down to 3 videos per week. These exercises are hand-crafted by a pelvic floor specialist, with specific focus on core, pelvic floor and hip/glute strength. This series is designed to prepare you to get back to whatever exercise you loved before pregnancy safely, whether that be Crossfit, Running, Yoga, etc.
